Delete your account
You can delete your RoamRise account and all its data: in the app, or with a request on this page.
How it works
- In version 2.0 of the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm.
- The older test build (version 1.0) has no account deletion. Send a request with the form below, or email us from the address your account uses.
- For a web request, someone from our team writes to the account email to verify that the account is yours. Once you confirm, we delete it.
What we delete
- the account: email, name, password and profile photo,
- all your rides, points of interest, notes and photos,
- saved and verified roads, and your vehicles.
When
In the app, we delete the account as soon as you confirm. We handle a web request within 30 days of your confirmation at the latest. We keep only data the law requires us to keep, plus a record that we handled the request. We anonymise content-moderation records.
Only want to stop sharing one ride? Unpublish it in the app, on the ride's detail screen. In version 2.0 you can delete the ride there too. In version 1.0, email us to delete it.
